Irontech is a bigger, four-brand operation with the deepest options menu in the tier, TPE from about $1,600 and silicone from about $2,300 to $3,400, plus real robotic and AI add-ons.

Zelex: the silicone specialist

Zelex describes itself on its about page as a 2017 manufacturer with a full in-house team, and unlike Irontech it has no sister brands, it just makes dolls. The reason to care about Zelex is SLE, its own silicone-based material ("Safe, Less-vinyl, Elastomer") pitched as "soft like pudding," lighter and cheaper than classic silicone.

In-stock SLE dolls run about $1,800 to $2,105, spare SLE heads about $495, and the classic Inspiration silicone line roughly $2,700 to $3,700. The flagship is Fusion, launched July 2025, where "her head and body are seamlessly integrated, with no need for assembly," at about $4,299.

The honest caveats: in spring 2026 Zelex's own official account posted a thread responding to owners who had called it a "heartless factory," and there is a current SLE 160J broken-thigh complaint where the owner claims breakage is "fairly common" (one owner's assertion, not established fact). Irontech: the feature factory

Irontech was founded in 2015 in Zhongshan, and founder Leo runs a four-brand group (Irontech, Real Lady, Sigafun, Erovenus). It is the configurability king.

A single silicone product page offers hard/soft/ROS/ROS MAX heads, fixed or removable tongue, wig or implanted hair, hemisphere or mechanical eyes, standard or EVO skeleton, multiple vagina textures and widths, and skin tones from natural to dark tanned. TPE runs about $1,600 to $2,000, silicone about $2,300 to $3,400 (to about $5,780 fully maxed), and there is an IronAI conversational head for $662 with memory and seven languages.

It also advertises a working anti-counterfeit portal, which Zelex does not. The trade-off is a strict no-return policy with only a 3-day window to report defects. Full picture in my Irontech review.

How to choose

• Buy Zelex if you want the best silicone feel per dollar. The SLE line is the smart-money pick in this whole tier: lighter, softer, cheaper, and genuinely silicone-family. If you want the absolute realism ceiling and can spend $4,000-plus, Fusion's seamless neck is the reason.
• Buy Irontech if you want to configure every last option, if you specifically want the ROS MAX oral head or the IronAI talking head, or if the advertised authenticity check gives you peace of mind ordering through the crowded dealer network.
