AI girlfriends with no sign-up

Two different people type "no sign up" into a search bar. One wants zero friction. One wants zero trail. Those are not the same search, and most results serve neither.
The genuinely account-free option worth using is Perchance: nothing to enter to chat, nothing to enter to generate, no payment system on the platform at all. Everything else falls into two piles. Pages that give you a few free messages then throw up an account wall, and app-store installs that run free to trial to $12.99-plus a month.
And here is the part people invert: skipping the account does not buy you privacy. No signup and no tracking are unrelated things.

The one that is actually account-free
Perchance AI girlfriend generators work with no account for chatting and image generation. You only register if you want to build and save your own generator. No payment system exists, so there is nothing to hand over: no card, no subscription to forget about. It is the rare case where "free, no sign up, unlimited" is literally true.
The tradeoffs are the usual Perchance ones. One anonymous operator. No support channel. A model that can change under you with no warning. Full detail in how the Perchance generator works.

Why most "no sign up" results are bait
"No sign up" is mostly a bait keyword, and the pattern is consistent. A "no sign up" page usually does one of three things:
Ani is ok (@elonmusk, 2025-08-20)

That middle case is the common one: install free, get pulled into a 3-to-7-day trial, then charged $12.99 or more a month. HoneyChat claims Telegram and browser access with no email and 20 free messages a day, but that claim comes from HoneyChat's own blog, so treat it as marketing, not proof.
The worst version is the ad funnel. A "no sign up unlimited" page that renders a paywall modal over a blurred grid the second you arrive is not a tool, it is a credits funnel. Reporting has documented tens of thousands of these ads across Meta platforms, and NBC News traced the same funnels on Instagram and TikTok.

No account does not mean private
Skipping an account does not make you anonymous. These pages still fingerprint your device and fire trackers whether or not you typed an email. Mozilla's testing clocked one companion app (EVA AI) firing 955 trackers within one minute, and another (Romantic AI) firing 24,354 within one minute, with at least one sending data to Russia. No signup, plenty of tracking.

If privacy is the actual goal, "no account" is the wrong lever. The levers that work:
- A genuinely free, no-payment tool (Perchance) so there is no billing identity.
- Browser privacy hygiene (a private window, a content blocker) to blunt the trackers that run with or without an account.
- Self-hosting, the only setup where nothing leaves your machine at all, covered in the DIY route.

What to do
- Want zero friction and mean it? Perchance. No account, start chatting.
- Tempted by a slick "no sign up" app? Assume a trial-to-subscription is coming, and read the store's in-app-purchase line before you install.
- Actually want privacy? No signup is not the tool for that. A free no-payment tool plus browser hygiene, or self-hosting, does more than the "no sign up" button ever will.
